Convenient hotel for longer business trip
Very convenient apartment hotel, as it is across the street from a grocery store. I enjoyed being able to cook for myself. I had a great view from my room. It can be noisy on the side facing 12th Ave. I don't believe there is an elevator which was not a problem for me but some guests would like to know. Helpful front desk staff.

Not great for work
I do not recommend this hotel for business. The location was ok but I hardly got any sleep. My room was really hot even though the heat was on. There was an air conditioner but it was really loud and put out more hot air. Thus, I had to open the door and it was in a really loud area. There is no lobby to work from and the rooms are dark. I had problems with the Wifi but that could have just been me.

Surprised stay
The hotel could use some work if it would like to compete with others. For starters, there is "NO ELEVATOR" or a handicap entrance. That should be advertised pretty clearly to travelers. The "breakfast" was terrible. I don't expect much from a free hotel breakfast but this was the worst. I would not stay here again.

Not great! Not the worst!
It was fine. The room was well decorated and mostly comfortable. I think we slept on a Murphy bed, which was strange and a little uncomfortable. The hotel staff wasn't too friendly or knowledgable either - the book of amenities says you can buy bus tickets at the front desk. You can't. No one knows anything about that. The in-room coffee makers don't work either. And the breakfast was awful.

Great location decent little hotel.
This was a pretty decent little hotel, the best part being the location which was in the middle of the city about half way between downtown and the 17th Ave strip. We were able to walk to all of the places we wanted to see. Breakfast was also pretty decent for a hotel breakfast. Rooms were clean and modern; the bed was ok but nothing special. We also had a dishwasher and oven in the room which we didn't use but could be a nice perk for an extended stay. I would consider staying here again due to the location and value. Parking was about the only thing I wasn't too happy with. I didn't realize until I showed up that parking was $10 extra per night and was about a block offsite and outdoor.
