We were visiting family and arrived late. We found the room to be just want we needed. I usually do not sleep well the first night of travel. But the beds were super comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Pool is closed, kept my money for room and breakfa
Booked one night during a long road trip, added the breakfast to stay. Specifically booked this hotel for the pool as a way to unwind. When I arrived there was a sign on front desk indicating the pool was closed. This is still not noted when you are searching for hotels. Did not check in and they would not give me a refund after calling hotels.com. The lady at the front desk made it seem like if I called they would refund my money, but when I did call hotels.com made it clear it was the hotel refusing to give me refund. I’m so done with booking on this site.

Horrible condition
The lobby was good, check in was good but! The hallway to room smelled of chlorine and mold, then it got worse, passing gym it added the smell of body Oder! The vents in room in hallway were rusty and dirty, blue tape on room doors,torn wall paper missing ceiling tiles. rusty fire sprinklers etc.

The area around the property seemed a little sketchy. The faucet in the tube was being held on a by a hair tie. The front desk was not the friendliest and seemed annoyed by having to check me in. Overall to sleep on a road trip I'd recommended but that's about it.
