Great value, great staff
Clean, comfortable, and friendly staff. It’s a great value. The bus to downtown runs right outside the hotel. Taxi to and from Liverpool Lime Street was reasonable. You could pay more to stay downtown but the money saved staying here was worth it. It’s not far from Anfield, but you need an Uber or taxi to get to and from Anfield anyway.

Can't really complain!
Can't moan at £80 a night - room is good, bathroom a bit worn in places/ needs resealing etc, but shower was hot and powerful. TV remote had back missing/ needed new batteries. Aircon a bonus. Downtimes had a refurb since my last visit, looks modern.

Great stay
Really nice stay, lovely quiet hotel with nice rooms. I realise it’s probably unavoidable, but the air con was way too loud to have on at night, I could sleep through the general operational sounds, but it made a loud clank sound every half an hour or so which woke us all up every time. So it’s not perfect on hot nights. But the hotel and staff were lovely, would stay again.

We stayed here 1 night when going to Eurovision final. It is great value for money. Hotel rooms are fairly standard with good cleanliness. Would definitely stay again
