I accidentally drove into Radisson Blu because I didn’t think they were two actual buildings. And now I feel like I should’ve booked with them instead of Radisson. Drop so much money for them to not let their customers know that the pool is not working. And doesn’t help accommodate me find another solution. So I walked over to Radisson blu myself asked for manager and ask if I can use their pool because Radisson was out of Oder and they failed to let there up coming customers know. The day I used there pool I decided to get a drink and food at Radisson blu bar and realized there more professional at Radisson blu. So even though my room was AMAZING!! At Radisson it would of been nice to get the special attention that comes with the name and price. So in the end my last 2 days in Nigeria was ok

It is a clean place and up to international standards. but the fixtures were not working well. climate control was not ideal. the room temperature could not be easily adjusted to suit guest's preference. the plumbing was not working well. took too long for the hot water to arrive. the floor was too cold. for the price and reputation, i was disappointed, checked out the next day and went to another facility for two days. value for money was much higher at that alternative facility called Providence by Mantis which i highly recommend.
