In the area to visit UMF college, nIce place, convent to college, good breakfast.
This is definitely my hotel of choice when I stay over in Farmington. Very nice hotel and very personable employees

Not complaint very nice hotel to spend a nice vacation
The hotel in general was very clean. Beautiful area close to a lot of roadways and parks. Downside was the smell in hotel. When you walk in you are hit with a musty, body odor scent. I thought it was just a person that had been there, but as day passed it didn't dissipate. Also, the room was extremely musty smelling. However, they were extremely nice and the maintenance man came up to clean filter in AC unit and gave nice smelling scent beads. Area was humid and it wasn't coming out well from fabrics. Carpet & couches need a good steam cleaning along with maybe vent in bathrooms. Breakfast area was small, but good variety. Again, clean and kept stocked as far as I could tell. Everyone I dealt with during my short stay was extremely nice and even with the smelly interior, it wasn't a deal breaker for me. One thing that was frustrating was the WiFi-awful. I was out most of day, but at night I needed to check emails and wanted to play music while getting ready but wifi would NOT stay connected. When I called front desk I was told "No one else has complained and my computer works. Sorry" I was not ok with that at all, but had no choice but to deal with it. Even with that big annoyance, I would stay here again though.
