Good but not great!
Accessibility of hotel from shuttle drop off point is dismal; unfortunately Hotels.com did not indicate availability of shuttle service. We used this service going back to the airport and it was much more convenient specially if one has more than one luggage. Staff are courteous and helpful and hotel is beach front property next to all conveniences. Placement of towels is unsafe and not short people friendly and you have to step on the toilet to reach them. This could be unsafe for heavy set individuals; soap, shampoo holder looked like it fell off and never replaced; mattresses felt old as you can feel the metal springs when you lie down; replacing the mattresses or adding a padding would help.
