Always great here. This time I had a little problem with the rooms not getting cool enough and not being able to adjust the temperature. Other than that, great as always.

very very disappointed
I stayed at this hotel for several times already the personal is great very well maintained service and overall are great. but there's a huge down side, there's a kind of church next door and they have very loud speakers on to the street witch is illegal by the way...and the noise starts on the first morning hours and go on all day.. making your stay a real nightmare if you want a place for rest.or even to conduct any kind of business , even with the windows shut the noise is unbearable and very very annoying, having to either leave the hotel at 7 am every day or be subject to have your day as if you are inside a 24 hour screaming singing and claping club. I talked to other co workers about it and was told every one change future reservations to other hotels because of the same reason.

RUN AWAY LiKe the plague.
-5star review it would be a negative 10. The customer service was the worst. I booked a king size suite, only to find out that my room was given to another guest, apparently because I had a late flight, they rebooked to make more money on a room. Instead they put me up in a Jr. Suite, which has a queen size bed. MATTRESS was HARD and uncomfortable. They never did correct the room unstead they covered up the story by insisting that I was wrong. The funny part was that the suite I paid for was supposed to have more square ft. And a living room, which the Jr. Didn't. As if insult wasn't enough, they were upset when I asked for room service, they didn't come clean the room, nor give me extra toilet paper. The over all experience was a nightmare. Stay here if you want a BAD NIGHT SLEEP and BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUN AWAY FROM This PLACE Attached you will find a photo of the room I paid for and than the room they made me stay in, notice the two twin beds put together to make the queen and the prof is in the pics. Attached pic of the Jr. Suite advertised online. Everyone know to twins make a queen size bed, NOT a KING.
