A solid 7. Nice enough place to stay. The property is dated but decently maintained. Good value for the money especially when compared to the cost of other hotels in the Columbus area. The hotel’s location was outstanding. Located in a great neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants and bars. Area felt very safe.

Good enough for a one night stay. Beds were squeaky and medium comfortable. Parking lot was full and a little tough to maneuver in an SUV. Large room, mini-fridge with freezer and microwave. Room was a good size. Bathroom had no toilet paper so had to go to the office to request a roll. Shower had good pressure. Two pillows per bed. Floor was quite dirty - our feet let us know as the bottoms were nearly black. It was fairly quiet even though the motel was sold out.

You can't beat the location and price of this motel. The room was basic but just fine and comfortable. It was quiet despite being right in the middle of the German Village with lots of places within walking distance. This is a motel with doors that open to the outside, but felt safe, clean and perfect for what we were there for. We came for a concert at the Palace Theater and it was a quick 10 minute Uber ride away.

Showing it's age. Worn. Some sketchy clientele. Some loud guests. Good for location and price.

Rooms are outdated but clean. No amenities. Shower head didn't work right. Tv was hanging off the wall crooked. Not really worth the money paid. It is conveniently located for for touring purposes. Staff was nice and respectful.

The motel exterior looks run down and could use some updating. The check in office if old, cluttered and messy. Not very appealing. That said, the room was updated, clean and nicely appointed. The carpeting was new, tables and trim around the room were new. There was updated outlets by bed and near TV, which is always a plus. The room had had a new fridge and microwave, and updated TV, with a large selection of channels. The location is amazing, a block from lovely neighborhoods and parks, as well as restaurants and shops. I would stay here again.

Pros: The room was very clean. The staff was helpful. Very close to my event. Cons: the parking is limited. There is no free breakfast or coffee. In fact, the doors were locked to the office in the mornings. The shower was also terrible...no pressure at all and would switch to scalding hot with no warning.

I have stayed here several times and the rooms are large, reasonably comfortable, reasonably clean, and everything works as it should. If the place is full, however, it does tend to be fairly loud.

The king rooms are really nice. I never have any issues when I stay here. The only thing that was weird, was when I was checking in the guy told me there is a $40 deposit. I stated when did that start, I’ve stayed here many times, and have never had to pay that. He said Ok…then handed me my key.

Highly recommended

This was my third stay here, and I’ll stay here again the next time I’m in Columbus. It’s clean, quiet, has a friendly staff and reasonable rates. And it’s right on the edge of Germantown, which is a great neighborhood to explore!

This property is OK for an overnight stay. The property is dated and the front desk, person checking and is not the most friendly. The room was quiet and for the most part clean. We do get a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
