BED BUGS!!
HORRIBLE BED BUGS!! Not just a few, the mattress was infested and we have bites on our entire bodies. On my fingers! To make it worse none of the staff would acknowledge it (aside from the on site Nurse). We had to beg to have all our laundry done. Not one apology or word of concern. Ruined our stay at this beautiful resort. . . and it is a very nice place! But we were embarrassed (looks like we have chicken pox), itchy, uncomfortable and worried to bring these disgusting little creatures home with us.

Complete Hotel the Most Friendy People Ever!
The Best part of our stay was definitely the Staff!! People from Fiji are so nice and kind and happy!!! I hope that never ever changes! The island is beautiful and the hotel is complete. It needs a renewal but I heard it's recently under new administration and they will take care of this details. Food is delicious!! Looking forward to come back!

Great Location
We loved nearly everything about Mana Island and the resort. The resort is beautifully located and the snorkeling was very good off the north beach. And the Fijian staff both at and off the resort were wonderfully friendly and always willing to offer their assistance. The only reason I wouldn't rate this a "Very Satisfied" overall rating is the high expense of the meals. There is no option to buy breakfast off the menu and the buffet prices are exorbitant for light eaters. Because of this, we only had one meal at the resort and resorted to eating at the backpackers restaurant where good meals were available at reasonable prices.

Enjoyed our stay
We really enjoyed our stay at Mana Island Resort. The beach is awesome. The reef is in near perfect condition on the North Shore, and lots of fishes on the South Shore which makes snorkeling on both sides so great. The best thing about this resort are the beaches. When is rough on the South Shore, 5 minutes walk over the North Shore and you got a calm beach and vice verse. The food was just ok. Go to the beach early in the morning and you get the paradise all the yourself. You can't beat the price as compare to other islands. Don't expect 5 stars and you will surely enjoy yourself. Not much activities at night. So, it may not be good for singles who is looking to party.

Nice Staff makes up for poor property condition
It was relaxing, because the nature is just so pristine... But the hotel is in real need of a make over. Staff was very, very nice,
