Clean and comfortable to stay. Car park is shared with another building. Located just beside the heritage area.

Dated hotel in convenient location.
Lobby and public areas are very dated, super loud musical act every night that was not very good and kept the place empty. Whole lobby could use an update refresh. Location is good, room was better than the rest of the hotel. We chose the hotel for the location, pool and gym. Gym was terrible. Pool was cold and in shade all day but was ok. Location is good, views from room and roof were great! People were friendly.

Some pros. Some cons.
Overall, this hotel has a lot to offer, but with some reservations. First, the cons: *It took us over 90 minutes to check in. After arriving late in the evening with small children, this was upsetting. *We booked two rooms - one smelled horribly of smoke. Now, the pros: *The location is great - a 10 or 15 minute walk or less to any of the key Georgetown spots. *The staff is friendly and helpful. *The cost was great - good value for the money.

A little bit of hiccups here and there but staff is helpful and positive. It is dated but spacious and maintained. Near to Blue mansion and chocolate museum.
