Stopover night in Rome
I book this room to had a stopover night in Rome because it was too late to travel from Rome to other cities. The price was within my budget for one night stay hence i probably shouldn't lament about its standards. It is really convenient to walk to this hotel from the Rome Termini station. HOTEL PIRAM is where you need to collect and return the hotel keys at. It is a 5-10 mins walk from Rome Termini, so please go there when you first check in. Rome itself is not a very nice area because of the constant threat of being mugged.

Took care of our problem with an upgrade
Very helpful front desk. When we arrived at Termini before 3pm no one was there so we had to walk to the main hotel. They felt very badly and were kind enough to upgrade us to a room at the main hotel even threw in a very nice dinner at their restaurant. Good people.

Close to train station
Hotel was okay. You have to check in at another hotel and I wish they would advertise this part more. It is in a safe building, but the AC does not work, so you have to sleep with the window open, which makes it very loud. If you can sleep warm, then it is perfect for you. It is only two blocks from the train station, which makes it perfect for accessing everything that Rome has to offer.

Hotel Termini
When we arrived at midnight after a flight delay in Rome, we tried checking into termini only to be told that we needed to go 50m into the next hotel. Exhausted and tired we checked into the hotel only to be told that we needed to be moved into a third property which was well away from where we booked. Overall, over complicated check-in process after 15+ hrs of flights.

Do not stay there!
This hotel is conveniently located very close to Termini train station, but that's the only thing I can say positively about it. The hotel is located on the 3rd floor of a building which seems to have different hotels on each floor. There is no front desk for all these different properties and you have to walk 3 blocks and go to another hotel to check in and get your keys. The room, although clean, smelled like cigarette. My overall impression was horrible and I would never consider this hotel again if I'm in Rome.
