Its fine i guess. No bartender one night. Ice machine is in laundry on 5 only one in building found that odd. Kitchen is a joke no breakfast unless u want a nuked sandwich or something. Menu is kinda funny. Room doors are crazy heavy and slamming all the time. Annoying. Clean rooms every other day. So no coffie in room. Guess u gotta ask Little things. But still a nice place id come back now i know everything

Housekeeping skipped our room until the day before we left. They then threw around our things that must’ve been in their way; resulting in us finding some of our items on the floor. The temperature control didn’t work the entire stay; resulting in a freezing cold sleep. The sheets had stains on them upon arrival. The coffeemaker and mini fridge are in the bathroom. That’s just gross… The TV vs remote has a huge delay. Just plain annoying to try and figure out. Pool is ugly, dirty and small. Otherwise, the decor is nice, staff is helpful, having 2 elevators is great. We didn’t use the shuttle service but that’s a great feature as well. The beds were comfortable and the toiletries smelled great (dry bar). The area is safe and has a decent amount of things to check out, including a strip mall directly behind the hotel. The bar has daily specials. Noise level was zero. Didn’t even know anyone else was in the hotel until we went to the lobby. Overall good hotel, could use some work on the facilities side and a provided breakfast instead of the ghastly overpriced mini convenience stop they’ve got in the lobby .

This property is located in a quiet upcoming area in Dallas. When I booked this property, it showed up as being close to downtown Dallas, which is not the case. It is actually 35 mins away from downtown Dallas without traffic. We had to take Ubers around to attend things we booked prior to arriving, which becomes costly. This area is close to the cowboys training camp but not close to the stadium. This was a little disappointing, however it is a nice hotel and area if you have somewhere to attend in the area or choose to rent a car.
