Good value, strange service
When I checked in, they asked me if I would mind taking a room with one bed and a pull out couch instead of the room with 2 beds that I reserved and paid for in advance. The guy at the desk seemed bothered when I said I wanted what I paid for. I eventually got the correct room. The room was missing a phone. When the shower was not working, I had to walk all the way down to the front desk. When I told them the phone was missing, the guy at the desk said the owner took them out to save money because nobody really uses them. The knob on the shower would not turn. The advice I got was to "force it" because it was old. Also, we also had a desk without a chair. The room was spacious and clean and the price was relatively low. The cleaning staff was also extremely polite and friendly.

Bad experience
Upon entering our room we found no electricity coming from the lamps and a few overhead lights. We had found the lamps cords were all cut. The room had a musty smell once the heat began to blow from the wall unit. When the gentleman asked to bring a new lamp I had asked for a new room. This room wasn’t any better. The bathroom was dirty, tub not clean, and stains all over the carpets and bed sheets. The pull out couch wasn’t any better. We were expecting a good breakfast the next morning for ourselves and children. A sign displayed that a bagged breakfast would be available, however we were never told about that. We decided to check out the next morning cutting our 2 nights stay short. When leaving the room mouse droppings were found under pull out couch.
