Bad customer service
I loved everything about the place except our issue with the water. Our shower and sink water was dirty and a white color. We didn’t shower as much because of that. We told aloft about it and they said we told them too late but I don’t understand how that is valid reason. No hotel should offer water or service like that and telling them late does not justify bad service. We weren’t able to check the water until later and it is unfortunate that we can’t be reimbursed for this inconvienence. Love the place otherwise but this issue and management treating us the way they did will prohibit me from staying here again and recommending it to friends.
