Solid Hotel
This hotel might be mis-represented as "luxury". No coffee making facility in the room. Stains on the carpet. But it is perfectly adequate. Everything worked well (wifi, temp control, widows to open, shower, TV, etc.). Breakfast was good. The restaurant is good. Very nice service and staff. No room service which is ok but then it isn't really a luxury hotel (also a bit frustrating as one must go downstairs to the bar to order a cup of tea given there aren't in-room facilities). It's near Pyramide metro in a very non-touristy neighbourhood. The neighbourhood has excellent restaurants but isn't really picturesque Rome, more up and coming, hipster-style area. No gym and they don't have a gym they can direct guests to that offers day passes so you're on your own if you want that option.

We picked this hotel because it was close to the train station where we were being dropped off after a cruise. I was a nice place in a quiet neighborhood. Its not super close to attractions but the subway is only a few blocks away. The staff was very nice and breakfast was excellent.

Unique quirky hotel. Our AC didn't work in our room so they let us change rooms. Really like the location and proximity to train, tram, metro, and bus stations.

Hot room
The hotel is overall not bad but the heating/air conditioning was not working well. Our room was blazing hot and the in room regulation was not working either it literally fell off the wall when we tried to adjust it. We called downstairs they said they would adjust our temp to cooler. Did nothing. When we check out they asked how our stay was I responded with previous story they said they cannot adjust the temp from front desk and that I should open the windows. Then why did other front desk clerk the night before tell me he could? PS: you don't want to open the window because it is really really noisy. No sleep, not a great stay but if you like a super hot room maybe you'd like this hotel.
