Good family hotel
Overall good hotel. The only problem was the two TV's seemed to be connected, one would only be on the same channel as the other. Nice breakfast, kids loved the pool. Good walk to the Riverwalk.

General manager Billi Lusero was the rudest person. She humiliated us due to our service dog and mocked my husband...very unprofessional and poor example of management skills. Disability is no laughing matter and kicked us out of her hotel as she called it!

Disappointing and Dirty
For a Marriott property and a "new" hotel, I was very disappointed. We were in town for a hockey tournament and they definitely were not prepared for the large volume of people staying at the hotel. Breakfast was dissapointing. They had a hard time keeping everything stocked. The pool was super cold because they had just filled it. The hot tub wasn't even full or operating. Only 1 elevator was running. We were told not to park in the back of the hotel (the front desk staff hinted that our car wouldn't be safe if we did park back there). There was a hole in the closet door in our room. The couch in our room was badly stained and the cushions/sofa sleeper was full of crumbs. When I brought these things to the manager'sattention she told me that she couldn't give me any money back and only offered me free drinks from their bar. She also mentioned that they have been having issues with housekeeping. I stay at Marriott properties a lot when I travel for work and this was by far the worst.

Very upset due to lack of management not respondin
Checked into the hotel on 2/18/18 for an overnight stay. The young man at the desk was very pleasant. But every time he ran my card for incidentals their system kept trying to charge me for my room that was already paid for. Finally was able to process my card. Received a charge on my account for the incidentals. Next day check my account was charged an again and this time supposedly for my room rate. Spoke with the same young man that checked us in and he stated that the owner/manager would look at the charges and correct this and either call us or email us. Nothing from them. Checked my account this morning and my two charges from this weekend that they had charged me over the weekend were credited back to my account and then saw a charge from the hotel for a completely different amount. Called to speak with someone and left a message early this morning. Needless to say neither I nor Hotels.com can get anyone on the phone to explain why I was charged again for a room that I had already paid for. Plus while staying at the hotel us along with several guest kept having to go up front to have our cards re-keyed to enter our rooms. I have worked in Customer Service for over 20 years and I have never not returned someones email or phone call. This is truly unacceptable

Very nice hotel, staff, conveniently located. Have stayed here many times, but will not return because of the bathroom lights going off automatically. I was traumatized in the main floor restroom when the lights went out while I was on the commode. Waving arms for several minutes, trying to find my way out with the maze of walls, all the time trying to activate the motion sensors, in total darkness was a freight full experience.
