The Glu Boutique Hotel - Palermo Soho, Buenos Aires

The staff is amazing, Carolina, Lourdes and Luka were like family. They were extremely helpful with their recommendations and support. The staff supporting them serving breakfast and servicing our rooms are very sweet and always with a smile. We really enjoyed being there.

Great location in Soho Palermo. Shower was of smaller scale but worked. One tiny annoyance was the toilet seat that kept on sliding off to the side. We liked the breakfast in bed, you can order with the front desk and specify the time of delivery. We were not able to stay the whole 2 nights because of the unexpected change of our itinerary. There were shampoo, conditioner and body wash but you need to bring lotion if you need it. Overall, we liked the place.

Excellent experience in every respect. Exceptionally friendly and professional staff available 24 hours day. Clean, modern rooms, with soundproof windows. Definitely recommended.

The hotel staff were fantastic. They helped with reservations, subway access, directions, and provided a lovely breakfast in the room every morning. The location is great and I would stay there again.

It is really a Boutique Hotel. Very nice room: spacious and comfortable. Good desk to work from, Wifi internet is a bit slow sometimes (could improve a bit) Excellent shower Amazing staff and service, everything prepared to impress you and make you feel very comfortable as if you were at home. All staff knows you by name and make sure your needs are fulfilled. A nice gesture from the hotel, even without my request, knowing that I was checking out very early they prepared a good coffee and something to bite before departure. Strongly recommend this hotel and for sure will be my place from now on when in BUE.
