Excellent staff make the difference
Citadines in Sri 8 is a little worse for wear than when it was new. But this is more than made up for by the location and the incredibly good service from every member of the staff - which one cannot fault.

Very smelly rooms. Mould smell overall
The hotel is located in a quiet part of soi 8. Clise to nana station. 24 tuk tuk service. The problem is this hotel is not properly maintained or getting too old. The smell of mould is so pregnant everywhere and especially in the rooms. They spray freshener stuff all day long but it does not really solved the problem and does not cure it for sure. I had booked 3 days but canceled the last day and moved to another hotel in same area. Swimming pool is a joke. Facilities are quasi non existant. Very bad value for money overall.

No towel
Nice hotel, good location. I checked in at 3:00 am and was given what was left over, which was a smoking room, even though I had a guaranteed reservation and emailed ahead telling the hotel I would arrive at that late time. When I got out of the shower I discovered there were no both towels so had to call to reception. The bed id kind of hard. Otherwise was ok for a quick stay.
