I stayed at Holiday Inn Statesboro for a business trip. The first night I was asked to try 6 different keys to access the room. to no avail. The service level is less than minimum. Stay here if nothing else is available.

And it looked more like water down tea. Terrible s
When I got into my room there was mold on the shower and it was extremely dirty. The toilet paper holder was also coming out of the wall. I called front desk immediately and maintenance came to fix the toilet paper holder but Housekeeping never came. When I called later in the evening they told me that they were waiting for me to leave so they could come clean it but no one ever knocked on the door and I was not aware that I had to leave the room before they would even knock on the door to come clean the shower. The power went out for an hour last night. Anytime I ask for a manager or ask the front desk employee to take some money off of the room right that I paid for they just refer to their manager. The employees here obviously are not empowered to do anything. The customer service is terrible. The employees were rude. There was no coffee in my room and when I called about that they said the coffee shipment hasn’t come in so they had coffee in the front lobby which was the cold, there were grains in a coffee, And it looked more like water down tea. Terrible stay overall and I will not be coming back here.
