The overall cleanliness of the room and the hotel were fine. The remote for the TV was not working and the room smelled quite musty. The room was way too warm for my comfort and I wasn't able to adequately adjust the temperature.

The price was amazing. The staff were great . The one thing that was not anyone's fault was no TV. Nasty conditions outside,must have took the dish out?

Our bed was broken, asked for compensation for sleeping in a broken bed and said no. When they replaced the bed, we asked for room service also and they only made the bed they replaced. We had to go to the housekeeping storage room to get towels ourselves. Pool was broken and they didn’t say anything at checkin. Breakfast items were not cooked properly.
