Upon arrival for check in at 3 PM I was asked to wait because the person at the front desk has gone upstairs to deliver something. I waited over 10 minutes. After Going to my car and getting my stuff and still waited when I finally realize that the woman that was sitting was the one training the one that I was waiting on. She refused to get up and service me and another? Behind me.It took me 45 minutes to check in arriving at 3:30 PM this is due to the previous staff supposedly didn’t do something so the next shift it took longer? Not buying it, the person being trained was trying her best but the person training her kept going back to sit down to watch her and she struggled through the process. It was a three room booking for king bedrooms. Finally we got all the keys. However, when my associate returned to use his key it was a non-cleaned bedroom and this was at 6:30 PM. I witnessed the cleaning lady coming down stating that all rooms are clean except one. She wasn’t sure what to do with that room. She stated that she would wait in the back before she left. They had to find another room but it was only a double bed. This took another 30 minutes. So much for the purpose of this swiping a key on our return. On top of this since I checked in and got all the keys I unloaded my stuff and set the temperature in my room.Upon returning it have not changed. The filters were dirty on the air conditioner and it caused it not to get enough air circulation throughout the room!
