This contemporary Italian countryside home is located on the border of a small village in the Chiana valley.
This property has a very large living/ dining room with fully equipped kitchen. The property has been renovated to a good standard and furnished to a good standard. There is one further bedroom, one bathroom sleeping up to three people.
From the garden guests will be able to admire beautiful views of the Chiana valley. The property has a nice garden with chlorine -free swimming pool (cleaned by oxygen) and sun loungers.
The owner lives in a house down the road and will occasionally come to use the swimming pool.
