There are several hiking and biking trails through the dunes in and around Julianadorp.
In terms of culture, North Holland also has a lot to offer: Alkmaar cheese, Zuiderzeemuseum -Enkhuizen, Hoorn, Amsterdam. In short, an ideal place for a varied holiday.
