Holiday apartment in the renowned seaside resort of Villa Rosa di Martinsicuro, on the Adriatic coast of the Abruzzo region with a beautiful seafront promenade.

The apartment is on the third and top floor with a lift. The sandy beach is only 300 m away. About 200 m a shopping centre and 2 km the center of Martinsicuro and Alba Adriatica with shops and services of all kinds. The wide beaches of clear sand overlook a transparent sea. Ideal destination also for lovers of water sports.

The hinterland is full of beautiful medieval villages and towns and the green countryside offers the possibility of pleasant walks surrounded by nature. From Martinsicuro starts the cycle path that runs along the Adriatic coast, called the "Green Adriatic corridor" which connects the mouth of the river Po to the region Puglia. During the summer there are stalls that animate the seafront promenade where you can buy souvenirs and handicrafts.
