Horrible Staff=Horrible Experience
Checking in was a NIGHTMARE! Made me extremely late for my company party. The front desk attendant SHOWED that she did not want to be there, through her affect and body language. I understand that staff is short, because of the prior pandemic, but having “the right people, in the right place” is vital in this inflated climate, when you can choose where you spend your money. The only plus, is the room had two(2) televisions which is awesome when you’re traveling with family.

The property and room were clean. However, the pool was unavailable, smoke detector malfunctioned entire trip, breakfast was terrible - no drinks other than coffee/water, hotel appeared under construction and had confusion upon check-in regarding the room already being paid for through Expedia. Only two towels in room that was supposed to accommodate up to 4 guests, only one TV remote with two TVs, curtains were broken and unable to close. Also, pay attention to your surroundings. Area appears to be a little unsafe. Police presence around hotel and nearby IHOP.

I paid for a room and had a confirmation number and paid for the room in advance. I arrived at 11 pm with no other options 4 hours from home and they had sold my room. The receptionist was extremely rude and acted like it was my fault they had sold my room and did not try to make any other arrangements or offer suggestions. And it is now 5 days post and they have yet to refund my money.
