This lovely apartment is located in the residential complex ‘Las Colinas, in Calahonda not far from Mijas Costa, and only 2 km from the splendid beach.
The apartment has been decorated with great care and attention. It has been furnished in a contemporary style with great attention to detail. The apartment has a beautiful living space flooded with light. From the living room, you have access to the covered terrace with fantastic views all the way to the sea.
The apartment has two bedrooms one with a double bed and one with two singles sleeping a total of 5 people maximum.
The complex is of good quality and all communal areas are very well looked after; from gardens to both the very large indoor and outdoor pools. Within a few minutes’ walk from the complex guests will also find a restaurant, a bar, a tennis club with gym and the Siesta Golf Club.
Guests will be welcome to use the travel cot, baby bath and changing mat that are in the property.
