Bad bathroom and unclean comforter and sheets
The bathroom tiles were loose and popping up creating a dangerous condition while walking on them. The show area is poorly designed causing the water to spread all over the bathroom floor. The comforter smelled as if not washed for weeks.

Great service. Big miss on food!
Shower was patched up, old, poor shower head. Every time the A/C kicked on in the next room, I heard it in my room. Breakfast options poor. Scrambled eggs were like dried up beads. Not enough cream for our coffee. They said that was all they had. Out of bananas. Best choice was a hard boiled egg. We paid for the inclusive breakfast but had to go elsewhere to eat breakfast and get coffee.
