Rooms are clean but a little dated. We also did not spend much time in the room. The staff was amazing, and Ray, our butler, was the best. The food was great for a mid-level all-inclusive. There are plenty of options to choose from and always something good to eat. The restaurants are, as always, some are great, others are only ok.

We had an amazing time celebrating our honeymoon at TRS we were embraced warmly and graciously by the staff . Our personal butler Rodney made sure we were taken care of with our many needs. First time at an all-inclusive resort and it was fabulous. The property is in excellent shape. We chose to stay in a beachside room with the hot tub on the balcony. The couples massage was great. Some of the food was not the best but dinner at Sumptori was delicious as well as the room service grilled chicken breast. The staff went above and beyond to get us everything we desired. I hate to leave!

Overall, the experience is great! The food, amenities, and beach are all amazing. But the staff aren’t very friendly or welcoming, especially when you ask for a club car or golf cart. Sometimes the golf carts just pass by and seem to ignore you.
