Nice Quiet Stay
We stayed for a couple of nights. The area was nice with transportation and dinning close by. Be prepared for stairs and a very small bathroom if you are a bigger person.

Great hotel with a few improvements
Had a very easy check in with very welcoming young ladies on the desk. Our room was a bit smaller then I imagined for 3 of us and did lack a few things, there was just one wardrobe and one bedside locker, no dressing table or mirror. There was only room for that and double bed against a wall and one single bed and a chair which was used as a table our daughters things on. The bathroom was tiny, no shelf or towel rails, but the shower worked fine which is the main thing. To round it up as a whole the room could of been improved but it was warm and clean and smoke free and cleaned every day with fresh towels and bed made up lovely. The breakfast was continental and the staff down there again were so nice and friendly, really made an effort to say hello in the mornings and make you feel welcome, the food laid out was lots of it and drinks machines, couldn't fault it. To round up this review, baring in mind it was over a hundred pound cheaper then other hotels I looked at, we were very happy with our stay. If they could just look after the small details in the rooms, like more space for personal belongings, a mirror in the room, some shelves, towel rails then I would of gave this hotel 10 out of 10. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and would look forward to returning. This hotel has lots of potential and the staff were spot on.

Comfortable Room
My room was a bit noisy given that the window was directly facing the office. The room was spotless cleaned every day. The neighborhood was outstanding with many restaurants easily available. The Paddington station is only a 3 minute walk.

Simple, Clean, and Convenient place to sleep
Lovely facade and no frills interior. It is a walk up, but they do offer to take your luggage up to your room. Very convenient location near Paddington Tube and Train Station.

Not impressed
I had a room right by the lobby = noise from smashing doors and people talking half through the night. Room, bed and bathroom were very tiny. Room seemed clean but I got an allergy (dust mites?). Staff was friendly but not very helpful (didn't have adapter for my laptop; didn't know how to turn down the heater in the room). Conclusion: you get what you pay for.
