Terrible Experience
This hotel is terrible and should never be used. Nothing works at this hotel including the staff. The phones in the rooms are all out of order which is a security issue, there is no breakfast as advertised, the front desk is closed except for very limited hours and was closed today so I couldn't check out, the emergency number they give goes unanswered as does the hotel's phone. The rooms have odors to the point windows have to be left open in freezing weather, the fitness center is closed so NOTHING WORKS and on top of that they charge $100 deposit for this hotel!

These are the supposed hours for front desk but this morning at 12noon no one had shown up nor would answer the phone listed.

Spend your money elsewhere
This specific location is set up for people who are trying to live out of a hotel. The room was filthy the bathroom was disgusting. They tell you up front that you only get one roll of toilet paper unless you ask for more. The front desk is only open during banking business hours. The place is falling apart and they're using tape and support beams to hold the sink up.

Wouldn’t stay again
This room was clean. However there were problems with the water system which gave our stay a nasty feel. The sink water would take a while to drain and had filth from the previous stay. The water to shower was cold so very inconvenient. The phones were not working so couldn’t reach the front desk. And upon arrival there was no toilet paper.

Never stay here
We arrived to check in and the front doors were locked! I had prepaid the room! I called the hotel and was told that we did not have a room, that Hotels.com had over booked them’. This is not possible, and I use hotels.com at least twice a week and this has never happened. The man at the hotel that I spoke with was incredibly rude and actually hung up on me. I called hotels.com, and they attempted to reach him, and both agents said that he hung up on them. I was able to book at Drury in, which was a few miles away, and was awesome. Hotels.com should remove this hotel from their site!!! I have never been treated like this by any hotel, ever!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!’NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!!’n

The Worst Hotel Experience Ever
Before I arrived I called the hotel. They hung up on me. I tried to call back and they blocked me. I arrived and tried to enter the lobby. It was locked and it took thirty minutes for then to unlock. The clerk, Calvin, refused to process my check in and told me to leave or the police would be called. The clients that I witnessed on this property were obviously on drugs. There is no doubt that they were. The clerk, Calvin, was rude, dismissive and as far as I am concerned, garbage. The worst hotel nightmare I have ever had. I was given no reason as to why I couldn't check in. And to top it all off, the hotel billed my credit card for the stay that they refused to allow me to check in and stay. I will be getting my money back and I will be talking to corporate-

The place was not very clean, floor was sticky, looked like blood on the walls and ceiling. The bath tub was broken, no water pressure, not hot water, floor was pulling up, pee not cleaned up around toilet and smelled. Heater smelled like cigarettes. Phone didnt work. The cabinets looked like nobody cared if they were breaking. Not enough towels or washcloths, blankets or pillows and wasnt able to get help with that either.
