O hotel estava muito cheio. Os elevadores não paravam para descer, tinha que apertar para subir, para daí conseguir descer. A descarga do banheiro fazia muito barulho, se ouvia até do lado de fora do quarto. E nos corredores cheirando muito forte cigarro.

Gostei, mas deveriam fazer alguns ajustes.
Fiquei 6 noites, não teve nenhum imprevisto, mas a internet quase não funciona, não elevador no período da manhã é quase impossível de conseguir espaço de cheio por causa do café da manhã. A cama que era pra ser de casal eram duas camas de solteiro juntas, e o café da manhã era bom mas deveria mudar as opções. No mais os funcionários são ótimos, atenciosos e eu voltaria ao hotel. Fica num local de fácil acesso pra os pontos da cidade.

Decepcionante
Apenas 1 atendente no check-in causando demora, o hotel não tem garagem para todos e não estava destacado na reserva. Tive que me virar para conseguir estacionamento nas proximidades, sendo que cheguei tarde e o local não é seguro para ficar andando em volta do hotel. Reservei um quarto para casal e recebi um duplo (camas de solteiro). Tive que reclamar para trocarem por outro em que as roupas de cama estavam visivelmente mal lavadas, pra não dizer sujas. Toalhas para apenas 1 ocupante. Em resumo: péssimo
