Poor service.
Arrived at hotel after 6 hr drive without break so kids could have a swim in the pool before closing. Informed at checkin that pool closed. No prior notice. Don't assume you'll get to use all the facilities they advertise. Kids very upset as we had promised swim. We then went to our room - and went to premier lounge to see if access to lounge was included as I wasn't sure what room I had booked. They said yes it is come back at 6 for drinks and snacks. We came at 6 - told come at 6.30 as they were busy setting up and taking photos of the food. We came at 6.30 were seated and the server came back and said actually you can eat but you have to pay for drinks. That was ok and we agreed. So myself husband and children had some snacks various starter type things bits of fruit and couple of hot small bits of chicken and fish and went back to eat. Then the server came back and said actually you have to pay £25 each +tax including the children. We ended having to pay £111 for some snacks. We ended up paying the bill and my husband was treated rudely at the end being not allowed to use the restroom before paying the bill and having to wait 10 mins before they would bring the bill to him. Earlier that month (1st stay) we arrived 10 mins before breakfast closed - but they refused me my husband and 2 children entry despite having paid for it, they said order free from your room (to get rid of us). When we got back we're told have to pay for room service. We won't be back.

Airport stopover
The beds were on wheels and the mattress slides off, it didn't wake me but I did wake up on a slant in the morning. My husband didn't like the mattress/beds either. Good thing we had 2 kids so they did have a cot option for them. Close to airport. Arrived 10 mins prior to breakfast ending and they wouldn't serve so we had no breakfast

Its a classy hotel and huge one. When you enter, the grandeur of reception is unbeatable. Rooms are brilliant, service par excellence, spread and taste of breakfast out of the world. The only adverse part is, compared to hyderabad, rates are very high
