I Hate Moving from one room to another!
After getting settled in I discovered the toilet seat was loose, the tub stopper would not stay up for the shower to drain and my mattress was very well worn on one side of the bed. After voicing my complaint, the night of checkin, I was informed a maintenance person would be by to fix the toilet seat. The next morning after no one showed up, I was offered nice apology and a free upgrade to move to another room, which I took, but very annoying to have to pack up everything and move when you're already on a short trip. Normally, I wouldn't bother giving a review, but since I was just in another hotel (a different chain) a month earlier that had a loose toilet bowl, the whole thing rocked and the sink had a toopthpaste top lodged in it and when I brought it to the attention of the front desk, again, I was offered another room. On another stay at another hotel, I had to ask not to be near the elevator, fortunately, I was able to have that request changed as I was checking in. So, my complaint isn't necessarily with the hotel it's with Hotels. com. I am questioning my 'deals' with Hotels.com and wonder if the company is purchasing the lower end rooms so they can guarantee their customers the lowest rates. We've used Hotels for a long time, but it seems like the last few times, we haven't had the best experience.

The room was dirty. The hotel had holes in the walls. The other guests were noisy. The staff seemed like they had no interest in taking care of the guests.

Rooms have good space to accommodate well. Nowadays, the internet cannot be so poor and difficult to connect specially when it has been offered TV with Streams causing very poor customer experience on that.

Horrible reception at front desk. The rooms were beginning to show clear sign dilapidated and lack og care. Dirty carpet, brown stains in the bathroom ceiling; flakes of chipped paint and plaster near window. The breakfast lounge near the reception had bagels and orher pasyries with gnats buzzing on and around them. The HVAC in the room made a terrible racket of a noise all night. Phew, never again.
