Villa Reuben is a large villa, very close to La Glea Beach, with plenty of restaurants around and just a short walk to a large supermarket. The road it is on is entirely residential giving it a peaceful feel. The beauty of being located in Orihuela Costa in Southern Costa Blanca is that nothing is too far away. La Zenia Boulevard with over 150 shops is just a short drive.
The villa itself has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. There is a large fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the large outdoor seating / dining area – uniquely decorated by hand using mosaic tiles.
On the ground floor you also have three bedrooms that all share a bathroom. On the first floor you have another four bedrooms including the master with its own ensuite and small balcony. Also on this floor you have a large lounge so you can sit back and relax after a day in the sun and enjoy some TV entertainment. Another option is to enjoy a glass of your favourite something on the huge beach facing balcony just off the lounge, on the front of the house. The pool here is located on the back of the villa for a little extra peace and quiet, larger than average as you would expect for this size of villa, set into low maintenance Astro turf to keep everything looking neat and tidy. It really would be hard to find a villa in a better location and that is what makes this house ideal for anyone as a holiday home.
