I will most definitely be staying here again. I loved everything about my room. It had exactly everything I needed in there. We love that signature has balcony amazing strip view! Bad management company
My stay started off with the management company cancelling my reservation so they could rent it to someone else at a higher rate. Once I provided proof that I had already made the payment they relented and gave me the room. They did cancel the reservation of the second person they rented to so I am sure he/she was just as upset upon arrival. The pictures are not an accurate representation of the room, the furniture is in various states of disrepair (large discoloration/burn mark on the main table) and the amenities are extremely worn. The balcony door would not shut completely, when a large wind gust would occur it would make a howling/whistling noise, I was told by the front desk that maintenance is managed by the third party company and they normally take 2-3 weeks to correct an issue.
