In the Middle of Everything
Hotel is a little dated but for the price we knew that going in. Front desk staff couldn't be friendlier & helpful for info on the area. Owners checked with us daily to see if we wanted the room cleaned or needed anything. Hotel is within of walking distance of the falls, restaurants, nightlife & attractions. Beds were super comfy & fridge was a nice size w/freezer. There is no elevator to the 2nd or 3rd floors but they do let you know that. Another plus is the free parking, though it is limited & could be a problem during very peak season. It definitely beat paying $20 a day to park like the last hotel we stayed at in Niagara Falls. Wifi was good. Tv channels aren't great but we're good enough for relaxing at night before bed time. Will be staying in this hotel again in the future. If you are used to staying in High dollar hotels, then this hotel might not be for you but for those trying to stretch every dollar, you won't go wrong

Do not book
Even at the low room price you don't get what you pay for. The wi-fi didn't work, the staff was not helpful, and the room was beyond worn (the carpet was stained beyond recognition, the towels were worn half bare, the sheets were stained, and the furniture was rickety). I strongly recommend staying in one of the well known hotel chains in the Niagara Falls area, the many cut rate hotels are simply not pleasant.

One night stay at the Falls
The hotel staff was very friendly and eager to help. The building's a little old, and seem dark but we felt perfectly safe. Excellent location for walking distance to the falls and tourist attractions.

DON'T DO IT
Horrible stay... don't ve deceived by pics of the rooms... they look absolutely nothing like them in person... the first room smelled like mildew and mold... the carpet was filthy and nasty inside theroom as well as throughout the entire hotel... I demanded another room which ended up being worse... I pulled back the sheets to find two big blood stains... the other bed had used dental floss on it... the refrigerator was dirty... the room was so disgusting that we stayed out all night into the early morning just to shower and go back out... we demanded a third room which was a little better compared to the first two rooms and settled... we explained what happened at the front desk... we got nothing more than an apology... great location but sometimes you have to pay more for comfort...
