The meaning of Hospitality is...
I dont expect an inexpensive motel to roll out the red carpet when i arrive but i dont appreciate being made to wait outside at 10:15 PM at night in sub freezing weather. Then treated like I'm inconveniencing the night manager when im checking in. The sign outside days office hours to 11PM. Inexpensive motel should not also mean rude service.

Friendly Budget Motel
Decent place, nice town. We used this place as a place to rest our head while passing through. The staff was super friendly and the guy upgraded my room for free. The bed was was a pretty comfortable king bed. Everything worked pretty well, and we had no problems. As other reviews have said, there were a few shady characters, but that is not unique for a lower-priced motel, and the grounds were well-lit at night. It was also very quiet. The guy that checked us in was super friendly. We would stay there again.

Large place with lots of rooms. Clean basic rooms that are affordable. Right on the south edge of the college so easy access downtown.

Room was inexpensive and as is the case, you get what you pay for. Room was outdated, in need of repairs. Neighborhood was questionable, Hard communicating with the owner. Would not stay there again,

I liked that it had 3 queen beds and the property was very lit. I did not like it that it felt unsafe. The back bedroom window was ground level and slid open with no way to lock it and no bar to stop it from opening, we had two bathrooms one didn’t work, our towels didn’t look and feel clean, I was checked in outside thru a little key sized window at the lobby entrance. Breakfast didn’t start until 8. (That is really late for us)
