The Space:
This two-bedroom with condo is fully furnished, and it has a king-size bed in the master bedroom and another King-size bed in the second bedroom, both rooms have ensuite full bathrooms. Enjoy city views from your private spacious terrace and high-speed WIFI throughout the property.
The Veranto Condos offer an ample rooftop pool area with lounge chairs, patio tables, a bar and grill area, and even a Plunge pool. Furthermore, there is a common area fitness center and patio area.
The condos sit only a few blocks from Mega, the main grocery store, and many good shops and restaurants. And within 10 minutes of walking, you'll be at the beach.

Veranto is located on 14th street between 30th & 35th avenue in Playa del Carmen, it has a private environment full of relaxation that makes it the ideal place for those who seek tranquility in the Mexican Caribbean. Besides the multiple benefits that the place has to offer such as convenience stores, restaurants and different services, it’s the ideal spot to enjoy beautiful landscapes only the Riviera Maya can offer.
Getting Around:
If you require a taxi or a rental car, you need only walk a few blocks to find either. The main street for taxis is 10th Avenue which is about 50 steps away. As far as car rental companies, there are several on 5th and 10th which are all within a 10 minute walk.

1. Payment- You “submit a booking” which means you pay the full amount now. We do not get paid until after your arrival. There are no cash transactions, and unfortunately you may not put down a deposit.
2. Deposit - Airbnb does not charge the deposit at all unless there is a claim for damages after check-out.
3. Unfortunately, we don’t have more pictures of the house and are unable to send you any more.
4. The site blocks telephone numbers until you have booked your trip, so we are unable to call you.

Due to excessive cost of electricity, there is an extra charge of $4 pesos or $.22 USD per kW of usage.***
