Dergvale Hotel, Dublin
Nice Stay at a reasonably priced location
Very good hotel for the price paid. The owners were so very polite and accommodating. Breakfast was hot and fresh and cooked to order (from the menu provided). Room was clean as was bathroom. Location was close enough to walk to sights including shopping and some restaurants. Just a short walk to the bus stop for the airport. If you're in a hurry back, a cab is about 15-20 euros to airport, so not too bad. Wi-Fi was good and signal was strong across the location. No lift available, so be sure you pack light as not to have to carry a huge suitcase up the stairs. I would stay here again.

Nice little family run hotel. Very Clean, comfortable beds, tasty, filling breakfast, friendly and accommodating staff. Easy walk to city center, O'Connell Street . Downside? Coffee could be better.

Great experience!
We arrived in Dublin in the wee hours of the morning and someone was there to greet us. The room was comfortable and clean! We really aporeciated the great customer service at the breakfast. Also, Olga and Nancy were very helpful when we had questions on getting around the city during our one- day stay.

Great staff in a BnB located in central Dublin
I arrived in Dublin at 930pm after a flight from Zurich. It was easy to find a cab on O'Connell Street and reach the Dergvale with a €5 fare. (The cab driver said it would be a brief walk, too.) The check-in was easy. The manager made sure that the password and wifi worked for my email. I woke up at 500 am to prepare for my morning Aer Lingus flight to the US. I have to also credit the morning manager who insisted on making a coffee for me since I couldn't attend the complimentary breakfast. We had a great early morning conversation. He also pointed out the places where I buy snacks for my trip. I finished packing and went downstairs to give my key to the breakfast staffer. She left the breakfast area to open the door so I could easily pull my 20 kilo luggage through the door. I remember the helpful, friendly, accommodating staff of the Dergvale. They represent the best feature of the establishment.
