Beautiful Hotel!
We stayed here only one night for a weekend trip with friends. The staff was so kind and helpful. We arrived super early and no room was available but they let us check in our bags and valet our car and then notified us via text as soon as our room was ready. We were at an event so we didn't get back till after 9pm but they held our room keys at the desk till we got back, kindly grabbed our luggage from the back and showed us to our room. The room was beautiful, CLEAN and the beds were super comfy! We really enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Miami!

Very cold temps at night. Hotel had no heat so we checked out before our second night. Hotel refuses to offer a refund for second night since we prepaid via They offered blankets. Poor management. Never will stay here again

Hip & Artistic Fun Stay
Overall we couldn’t beat the location of the hotel in relation to an event we attended at Wynwood Walls. The hotel is brand new as of Nov 22. I do feel they are still trying to figure out some of the service aspects. Check in was great. We had a chance to go to the bar/lounge on the 3rd floor, really cool spot. Bartenders were great and friendly. We did have a service issue with getting ice for our room one night. It took over an hour for some one to bring it up (had to call 3 times). We also ran into issues with checking out late. We called down and we’re told we could do a late check out until 2pm with a fee, but our card was deactivated at 1pm. It was super awkward coming down from the pool after being locked out. The front desk personnel told us that our request wasn’t in the system and it wasn’t his problem it wasn’t showing up. The interaction lacked grace, he wasn’t rude or curt but could have left out “that isn’t my problem” verbiage. It took the care out of what we are used to customer service wise. We asked it if the fee could be waived since there was an error on their part by not having it registered in the system and deactivating us earlier than 2pm. Unfortunately they couldn’t, which was fine. With this being a new hotel and not very busy, some of the front desk staff didn’t seem overly helpful or wanting to provide solutions to help ease a trivial issue. The goal is to get more people to come back. We hope service issues are worked out before we visit again
