No Pets Allowed: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will require immediate removal and you will be charged an additional Non -Refundable fee of $1,000. Medically necessary pet(s) are welcome and will be authorized once the following investigative responses are provided to the host on letterhead from a licensed medical professional and verified: Is the service animal required due to a liability? What task has the pet been trained to perform?
No Smoking on property: This includes the inside of the home and all yard spaces. If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter will be charged $750.00 in addition to any damage found.
Complimentary starter supplies often include: 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, and single -use dishwasher pod, laundry detergent pod and soaps. Starter supplies are just that, items that get you started. These items are not full versions because then they wouldn't be starter supplies. You will need to buy more toilet paper once the starter roll per bathroom is used by your group. There is a Dollar General, Publix and Walmart moments away with toilet paper. Since it is impossible to know the preferences and allergies of guests, guests are responsible for purchasing their own additional supplies. Starter items are not restocked during active guest stays. You might come across coffee, sugar, creamer, coffee filters, spices and other condiments that the previous guest left for you. Please replace the items your group uses.
