Very quiet and clean. There was a problem with my credit card checking in but the girl was very nice and helpful! Would definitely stay again.

Best kept secret in southwest Texas!
I won't bore you with the details leading up to our stay, but I will give you the 30,000 ft. view. We took a bit of a detour on our way to Ft. Stockton and realized I had a long way to go to get there. I called the hotel to let them know my wife and I would be arriving late. He told me it was no problem and if we arrived after midnight they could extend a late checkout (2pm) the next day. My apologies, can't remember his name. Besides going way out of our way to see a couple of points of interest, I also forgot I was driving from the eastern edge of the Pacific time zone to the far western edge of the Central time zone. We finally checked in at 5am of the morning we were originally going to check out. The young lady working the front desk was very nice and could tell we were zoned out after approximately 18 hours on the road. She was just getting started putting out the buffet breakfast scheduled to start at 6 and asked us if we'd like to help ourselves to what was available. Again, very friendly, but neither of us can remember her name. We got to the room and what a pleasant surprise! This hotel is in one of the bleakest looking areas I've seen lately. But the room and the staff were excellent. We had a very light breakfast, we went up to our room and immediately passed out. Woke up a little after 11am, showered, dressed and went down to check out and be on our way. The bed was comfortable, the room looked and smelled nice, the water was hot and the shower felt like heaven.
