1-mile to playground, 3-miles to Pine Mountain Lake country club /

bedrooms, 2 bathrooms 1890 sqft, 2-level, telephone, wifi,
4-televisions (1-flatscreen), 2 dvd players, cable, central heat & air
conditioning, wood fireplace, 1 portable fan, microwave, dishwasher,
blender, coffee maker, toaster oven, washer & dryer, books, pool
table, one open deck and one covered deck, deck furniture for 9, gas
bbq, charcoal bbq, private dock, 1 canoe, 1 paddle boat, 2 kayaks. Bed
sizes: 1Q, 1Q, 1T + 1daybed w/trundle (3 twins total), 1 small
couch/futon in the game room. Sleeps up to 6-8. Maximum occupancy 10
(including children & infants); its up to the guest to figure out
where guests 8-10 will sleep. Dining table seats 6, kitchen bar seats
2. Special notes: 2020 & 2021 UPDATES: New bedspreads, new bed
pillows, some new blinds & one new TV were added to the cabin Spring
2020. Decks have been completely refinished March 2021.

GATHERINGS: No large gatherings permitted. A maximum of 10 people
(including children & infants) permitted on the property premises,
never to exceed 10 at any given time; (if the maximum occupancy limit
has been reached, additional day/visitor guests will not be allowed).

STAIRS: This property has interior & exterior stairways. There are
over 10 steps from the driveway to the front door. There are more than
50 steps from the house to the waters edge.

OUTDOOR FIRES: Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited on the premises.

FIREWOOD: Firewood is not provided for guest use.

BBQ: Charcoal is not provided for guest use. Guest is responsible for
all BBQ supplies. GAS BBQ: Propane not included. Guests are
responsible for supplying their own propane for the use of this
amenity.

CHILDREN: Please do not leave children unattended on stairways and
decks. Stairways, decks & deck railings are not child-proof.

PARKING: Driveway parking for 3-5 vehicles. No garage.

BOATS: The boat(s) offered for guest use at this cabin is/are not
washed for guests arrival. Guests are responsible for washing boat(s)
for their own use.

LIFE JACKETS: Guests agree to wear life jackets while using provided
boat(s).

SWIMMING FROM THE DOCK: Swim out from the dock maximum 30 feet.

NEIGHBORS DOCK: Guests please do not use the neighbors dock.

LINENS: Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, pillows are
provided for guest use. Beach towels are not provided.
