GATHERINGS:
No large gatherings permitted. A maximum of 10 people (including
children & infants) permitted on the property premises, never to
exceed 10 at any given time; (if the maximum occupancy limit has been
reached, additional day/visitor guests will not be allowed).
HOME IMPROVEMENTS NOW COMPLETED AS OF JUNE 7, 2021:
New photos of the home improvements were uploaded on JUNE 4, 2021. MAY
7, 2021: New laminate flooring has been installed throughout the
entire home. New baseboards have been installed. Our team has removed
the old outdated furnishings throughout the home, and replaced these
with the following new items: living room rug, end tables, console
table, lamps, bedside tables, comforters/duvets, window coverings, and
a daybed from Cost Plus World Market with a full-size twin mattress
has been placed in the screened room. Pine bed frames have replaced
the outdated frames. The gas fireplace room is no longer a family room
but is now a beautiful dining room. A brand new dining table for 6 +
buffet were purchased from Sonora Trading Post. Additionally, a brand
new bistro table for 4 was purchased from Sonora Trading Post, for the
kitchen nook. JUNE 7, 2021: New picnic table from Lowes has been
delivered, and placed lakeside. FOGGED WINDOWS: All previously fogged
windows have been replaced with brand new windows. PREVIOUS UPDATES:
JULY 2019: 10 brand new outdoor all-weather chairs, new firepit, new
gas bbq grill, new outdoor side tables were delivered for the back
deck. APRIL 2019: Entire interior home professionally painted. New
steps were installed from the driveway to the front door. Extensive
outdoor cleanup from the Spring 2019 flooding. Updates, home
improvements & staging services by Rob & Tara Stone of Yosemite Region
Resorts. UPDATE MAY 2022: new HVAC May 2022 (central heat & air
conditioning).
GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS REQUIRED BY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION:
Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges $42 per vehicle (one time fee) to enter
the gated community with 24 hour security.
The entire fee goes to PML HOA.
Price subject to change without notice.
Access permits are non-refundable.
A stay of 8+ nights will require additional fees as per PMLA.
PETS/ANIMALS:
Pet/animal rent $25 per night. See above for the homeowners custom
pet/animal policy to ensure that you meet pet/animal type, size &
quantity allowed in this specific home; no other animal species
allowed (including no cats), no exceptions. All pets/animals must be
approved, declared & registered with Yosemite Region Resorts at least
7 days prior to arrival; late registries may be declined. Pets/animals
must be well-behaved, housebroken, non-destructive. Pets/animals are
not allowed on the furniture. Unsupervised pets/animals must be
crated. Guests is responsible for cleaning up & disposing of all
debris left by their pets/animals. Pets/animals are not allowed on
Pine Mountain Lake beaches. Pets/animals must be on a leash at all
times within the gated resort community; Tuolumne County leash law.
WATER DEPTH:
The water depth fluctuates during the summer months (regardless of
drought or no drought) & may be lower at times due to evaporation from
the dry summer heat. The water depth also fluctuates when water is
drained from the lake at various times during the year, for various
reasons. Please feel free to inquire.
PINE MOUNTAIN LAKE AMENITIES:
Gated resort community with 24-hour security. Airport, 18-hole
championship golf course, country club with indoor & outdoor dining,
tennis courts, community pool, horseshoe pits, equestrian center,
three sandy beaches on the lake. The Marina Beach is the largest most
popular beach and offers: expansive sandy beach & lawn area,
designated swimming area, BBQ pits, picnic benches, snack shack,
sailboat / kayak / paddle board / paddle boat rentals. Beaches are
open during the summer months only. Golf course is open year-round.
CAN GUESTS LAUNCH THEIR OWN BOATS?
Guests are not allowed to launch boats/watercrafts of any kind on Pine
Mountain Lake, per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules.
However, Lake Don Pedro is just 20-minutes away & perfect for a day
trip with water toys!
And remember, you can rent sailboat / kayak / paddle board / paddle
boat rentals at the main Marina Beach in Pine Mountain Lake.
LINENS:
Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, pillows are provided for
guest use.
Beach towels are not provided.
COFFEE, SPICES, OILS, FOOD:
Coffee, spices, cooking oils, food, snacks are not provided.
Beach towels are not provided.
WOODSTOVE:
The woodstove is out of order and not for guest use.
GAS FIREPIT & GAS BBQ:
Propane not included.
Guests are responsible for supplying their own propane for the use of
these amenities.
OUTDOOR FIRES:
Other than the proper use of gas firepits, all other outdoor fires are
strictly prohibited on the premises.
DECK FURNITURE:
All deck furnishings are to remain on the deck at all times; never to
be taken down for use at the water / lakeside.
BOATS:
The boat(s) offered for guest use at this cabin are not washed for
guests arrival.
Guests are responsible for washing boat(s) for their own use.
LIFE JACKETS:
Guests agree to wear life jackets while using provided boat(s).
DOCK:
No dock at this cabin.
NEIGHBORS DOCK:
Please do not use the neighbors dock.
STAIRS:
This property has interior & exterior stairways.
There are several steps from the driveway to the front door.
There are several steps from the foyer to the living room.
There are over 50 steps from the house down to the waters edge.
CHILDREN:
Please do not leave children unattended on stairways and decks.
Stairways, decks & deck railings are not child-proof.
PARKING:
Driveway parking for 2-3 vehicles.
GARAGE:
No garage.
