Upon checking in they gave me a smaller room which is old, I have booked for a bigger room. And 2 strand of someone hair were found on both twin beds. I went to the reception and asked for another room, they told me they cannot provide me another room because I have exceeded the half an hour exchange room policy. Well, I told them obviously it took more than half an hour to unpacked and go through the room. Eventually they can only gave me another room the next day! I have stayed at Savoy on my many trips to Seoul, more than 6times... so I am really disappointed with their service. I am a VIP member with them too by the way!
