This luxury unit is has 4 bedrooms / 4.5 bathrooms and sleeps 16 comfortably. The bedrooms are very spacious as the owner chose to convert the original 6 bedroom design into 4 bedrooms to make the rooms larger and more luxurious! This is not your typical rental as all of the high-end details and furnishing were intended for private, personal use. There is a gorgeous, professionally decorated King Master Suite with King bed, oversized lounge chair, beautiful ensuite full bathroom, remote control black out shades and balcony access. Another King Bedroom on the lower level has an additional 2 person queen sleeper sofa and access to a centrally located full bathroom, 1 bedroom is a Master Queen that also has a queen sleeper sofa w/ ensuite bathroom and balcony access, and the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed twin over full with a twin trundle and private bathroom. This amazing property has 3 beautifully furnished balconies to relax and enjoy morning coffee, afternoon conversation and evening drinks. State-of-the-art technology throughout the home includes smart TVs in each bedroom and both shared living/family room spaces with cable and high speed WIFI through out the property. We also offer easy, hassle-free keyless entry with smart locks for all doors.

The spacious kitchen has state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar/island with seating for 4 and large dining room table that seats 8. With parking at a premium, this ideal location offers 2 parking spaces (1 garage and 1 driveway). Once you arrive, you can conveniently park and enjoy all of the benefits that Ocean City has to offer without driving anywhere. On street parking is also available.

To secure your vacation, we require a short-term rental agreement along with the first of two payments returned to us within seven days of receipt. We will email the rental agreement and you will electronically review and sign. The first payment includes 50% of the rental rate and the cleaning / linen service fee. The second and final payment is due 30 days prior to your check-in date and includes the remaining balance as well as a $500 refundable security deposit (returned after 7 business days of your checkout).

To reserve your week, we will need the following information in order to email you the short-term rental agreement:
- Name(s) you want on the rental agreement
- Copy of individual's drivers license
- Home address
- Home and cell phone numbers
- List of all occupants that will be staying at the beach house

Please note that our vacation home is smoke-free, is not handicap accessible and we do NOT allow pets. Absolutely NO Senior Week Rentals. We would love to have your family spend your summer vacation in our beautiful home. We include full linen service, pillows, blankets, beach towels, bath towels as well as beach chairs, caddy, toys & 10 beach tags!
