One of the best spots we booked in Chile. Nothing but good things to say: accompdated our early departure with breakfast, called taxis, held our luggage while on the trek, even did some of our laundry as we arrived back on a Sunday. This place is awesome.

The absolute best hotel!! We could not have had a better time here or felt more taken care of. We trekked the park and they helped us out in and around everything, even when we weren't staying with them. Such a huge help. Thank you all for everything!!

Overall, staff was amazing. Sandwiches were excellent for expedition to Torres Del Paine trek. Breakfast was very good. Only thing that was negative for us was the bathroom being very outdated and very tiny and water pressure weak.
