All bedding is new and 100% cotton with down comforters. Air mattresses are welcome however you will need to bring bedding.
The living room is massive with its vaulted ceiling. It connects into the kitchen which has granite countertops, a gas range and oven, dishwasher, deep sink and double door refrigerator with lower level freezer. Also plenty of closet storage for all your personal items.
Kitchen is supplied with cooking items, cleaners, trash bags, paper and plastic dinner items. Coffee maker, toaster, crock pot are also available.
The sunroom is a great place to entertain while watching the kids enjoy the pool. The dining room offers an intimate setting for dinner with easy access from the kitchen. The first level bedroom has an attached bathroom and jacuzzi tub. This is a large room which also could accommodate someone on an air mattress. There is a desk if you need a private spot to do work.
The laundry is in the half bath downstairs in the hallway and consists of front loading washer and dryers. The bedrooms upstairs have large closets. One room has a full mattress and the other one has a queen mattress. Both rooms will share a bathroom. Enjoy the front garden area as well as the backyard with fireplace, pool and charcoal grill. The property is very private and is far back from the road. There is plenty of yard space for yard games.
The driveway can park about five vehicles. Only the basement in garage are prohibited.
Please call or text me if you ever need anything I will do my best to provide. I will not be on the property. Please be conscious of the water you use. Reuse your towels or do laundry. Only toilet paper is to be flushed down the toilet as the house is running on a septic tank and not city sewer.
