Good Value and Service
Why Lenoardo Hotel. All our travel in Germany was by train so we were looking for a good hotel with a friendly price tag and located close to what we wanted to visit. Location: The hotel is located two blocks from the train station (HBF) and easy to reach walking with your bags. Walking distance to the Residenze and the Marienplatz. One night we decided to walk to the Agustiner-Keller restaurant (busy place; make reservation); I was a little concern at the beginning (walk at night) but was a really nice experience. Services: The room was very good with nice bathroom and comfortable bed. The only thing I did not like was the fact one side of the bed was close to the wall so you cannot use both sides to go to bed. WiFi - easy to connect and good speed. We included breakfast option to better use our time in the city; breakfast was excellent in terms of variety and quality.. Staff is friendly and service is good. Great value for the price.

Nice clean hotel.
Great hotel close to the main train station. Room was a little small but I didn’t need a lot of room. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel with great staff!
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable with air conditioning, which was a necessity during our two night stay Aug 2017. It was a surprisingly quiet location, as long as windows are closed. Forgot a couple of items in the room and the staff already e mailed me. Tina spoke great English but everyone I talked to tried their best to assist. Will definitely stay in this hotel and another Leonardo Hotel in another city.

Good location , the rest so so
The location is very good , overall the room was smaller than I expected , it was not clean enough, the towels were so old that I won't even use them for my dogs :/

Good hotel - Tough neighborhood.
Once in the hotel, everything was great. It is only about one block from the main railway station, but the side street on which is located is trashy. The sidewalks were hard to navigate due to bikes, trash bins (that apparently weren't used much) and other impediments. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms for nice, and check in/check out was easy. It's unfortunate that it's in a tough looking neighborhood. Another problem, beyond the control of the hotel, was that the street separating the hotel from the main station was closed for two blocks in either direction, which resulted in us having to drag our luggage four blocks out of the way through a main shopping area. I hope they finish that road construction soon.
