Just ok.
Well. We booked a king room and got a full size bed. Desk person didn’t earn say anything, and we were so tired when we got in we let it go. Luggage racks barely move, so we struggled to get all of our stuff through the doors that are not automatic. The person at the desk watched me fight with getting the door open and pushing the rack in at the same time and didn’t offer assistance once. Room was ok. Shower was not the same as pictured. Small and water leaks out so the floor gets wet. Scenery was nice, but everything else was just so-so. We didn’t use the hot springs.

Upon arrival I was told that none of the hot springs pools are open due to renovations.. No where on the website it states that! It was the main reason why I book this place to have a nice relaxing get away since I only live an hour away I wanted to cancel it, however I was told it’s too late and I will be charged the fee no matter what! Very disappointed ☹️
